Exchange and Return Policy

At Banana Split Atelier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging.

• Personalised or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty or an error has been made by Banana Split Atelier.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Please email bananasplit.lx@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the product you would like to receive instead, including the colour and model. The replacement item must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase.

For returns, refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item.

For exchanges, the replacement item will be dispatched once the original item has been received and inspected at our facilities.

We recommend returning items via CTT Registered Mail or CTT Express to ensure safe delivery.
