These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website www.bananasplitatelier.com and all online purchases made through it. The website is owned and operated by Banana Split Atelier.

Scope

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access, browse, or make purchases through this website.

Products & Availability

Product descriptions, prices, and availability may be updated at any time without prior notice. We strive to ensure that all information displayed on the website is accurate and up to date.

As Banana Split products are produced in small batches, some items may sell out and may not be restocked.

Orders & Payments

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

All payments are processed securely through certified payment providers.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • MB WAY

  • Multibanco

  • Credit and debit cards

An invoice will be issued after payment has been confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination or time of year.

We ship worldwide.

All orders are dispatched via CTT Express. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Portugal & Spain: 3–6 business days

  • International: up to 10 business days

Banana Split Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers may also choose to collect their order from our atelier in Lisbon. This option can be selected during checkout, and collection must be scheduled in advance.

Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, designs, logos, and other materials, is the property of Banana Split Atelier and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Liability

Banana Split Atelier shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the improper use of this website or from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Amendments

Banana Split Atelier reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
