Banana Split is a brand that produces its accessories in an artisanal way. For this reason, it is very difficult - almost impossible - to produce two identical pieces. It is likely and natural that there are small differences between the photographs that illustrate the product and the item received. For this reason, Banana Split will not be able to accept an exchange or return if the reason invoked has to do with that difference resulting from the craftsmanship, which makes each item unique and exclusive.

Orders

All prices on the website are in Euros.

​The products shown on our website are available.

Since Banana Split produces on a small scale, at certain times, some products may run out, not being produced again.​

The order placed by the customer will always be accompanied by a confirmation email.

Payment

The payment methods accepted on our website are MB Way, Multibanco and credit or debit card.

The invoice will be sent to the customer after confirmation of payment.

Shipments

We ship worldwide 🌎

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days.

Shipments are made by express mail, via CTT. Once the order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number.

Regarding delivery times, shipments to Portugal and Spain usually take 1 to 3 working days to reach the destination address. Internationally, order could take up to 10 days to arrive.

Once the order has been shipped, an email will be sent with the CTT tracking code.

Banana Split is not responsible for CTT delays.

The customer also has the option of picking up his order at our atelier in Chiado, Lisbon. You can choose this option when you finalize your order on the website and proceed with scheduling.

Exchange and returns policy

Banana Split accepts exchanges and returns within 15 working days of receiving the order. It is necessary that the item be returned in perfect condition (without any type of use), in the same way it was delivered and in the same box / packaging in which it was sent.

If the item is delivered to the customer with any type of defect, Banana Split is responsible for paying the return or exchange shipping costs. Otherwise, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

​To proceed with the exchange or return, an email must be sent to bananasplit.lx@gmail.com , indicating which item you want to return and, in the case of an exchange, which item you want to exchange (indicating color and model). The value must always be equal to or greater than the value of the piece initially purchased.

​​In the case of a return, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 15 days after the date of receipt of the returned product, at the address indicated on the sender.

​In the case of an exchange, the new product will only be sent when the previous one is in our facilities.

We suggest sending the products via CTT, either by registered or express mail.
